About You



  • You have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • You possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • You are proficient in MS Office and electronic mail.
  • You work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.


Key Responsibilities



  • Determine and establish effective office procedures and routines.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments while ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Provide top-notch customer service by answering telephone calls, relaying messages, and responding to electronic enquiries.
  • Gather, compile, and maintain data, statistics, and other information for reference purposes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Conduct data entry tasks with precision and speed.
  • Manage and maintain digital databases to ensure seamless access to essential information.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and address any concerns they may have.


Requirements



  • A high school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work 32 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Permanent employment duration.


Compensation and Benefits


The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. We offer competitive benefits packages to support the well-being of our employees.
