About the Role:
- Foster business growth initiatives for the Bank through strategic business development and exceptional management of key client relationships.
- Maintain an outstanding record of significant revenue generation from sales and syndications, ensuring adherence to internal control standards and audit, regulatory, and compliance policies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities by contacting prospects and clients, cross-selling bank products and services, including credit, trust/investment, and cash management.
- Participate in and provide leadership for Bank and community activities to increase brand visibility and enhance new business opportunities.
- Apply deep expertise in bank products, processes, and systems to ensure a high-quality client experience, troubleshoot issues, and advise clients on cash management/deposits solutions.
- Analyze financial data to determine client needs for proper structuring of bank products and services, monitor and track performance, and address any issues.
- Negotiate terms for credit/cash management services, including costs, repayment methods, collateral requirements, and ensure extension of credit/delivery of cash management services aligns with corporate policies and pricing guidelines.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.
- Data-driven decision making - In-depth.
