We're seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end program execution for our media and entertainment customers. As a key member of our Entertainment & Media Solutions (EMS) team, you'll partner with Product Management, Software Engineering, and Design teams to drive cross-team collaboration and deliver complex technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute program plans, ensuring alignment across organizations and teams.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership and teams to build clear delivery plans and monitor progress.
- Identify and mitigate risks, impediments, and dependencies to ensure successful program delivery.
- Guide development teams in providing technical solutions from design through delivery.
- Drive automation of delivery processes, focusing on transparency and clarity.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging retrospectives and 'lessons learned' to drive change.
- Communicate program health, initiatives, and achievements to Autodesk teams and divisional leadership.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in a technical program manager capacity or similar role, in technology, computer software, or a related industry.
- Experience leading end-to-end programs with high accountability.
- Proven knowledge of distributed systems, cloud services, and/or cloud platforms.
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to business leaders, product managers, and designers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience developing program status updates for various stakeholders.
- Ability to drive process and operational excellence, with a focus on scaling programs and solutions.
