Job Title: Senior Technical Program Manager

Jobber is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Data Engineering team. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the discovery and delivery of scalable data systems that connect our data sources to critical business tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of technical solutions that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver high-impact projects that drive business value.
  • Develop and maintain clear roadmaps and project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide proactive transparency to stakeholders, addressing blockers and issues that may arise.
  • Uplevel the team by educating, mentoring, and training team members on product methodology and philosophy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, or similar role, with a track record of building and shipping multiple products or technical solutions.
  • Experience in SAAS business and understanding of basic SAAS metrics that lead to business success.
  • Execution excellence, with a solid track record of managing projects and multiple priorities at any given time.
  • Next-level communication skills, with the ability to articulate the voice of the customer and the needs of the business.
  • A shipping mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to contextualize work through various tools, systems, and processes.
  • A strong technical background, with the ability to engage with engineers about architecture and technical considerations that impact backend systems.
