About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team at Loblaw Digital. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading technical eCommerce initiatives that span across our multi-disciplinary teams. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of our business and technology objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans to drive technical solutions for business and technology initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage stakeholder communication, relationship management, and cross-team dependencies
  • Partner with product, technology, and business teams to support business objectives through plan definition management, delivery management, and proactive resolution of project risks/issues
  • Drive technical delivery and lead technical program management in our organization by bringing teams together to proactively plan and align on strategies
  • Embody our culture and drive collaboration, partnership, and excellence
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience managing high-volume, complex, consumer-facing eCommerce programs across web and mobile technologies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work in a cross-functional environment and communicate with all levels of the organization clearly and succinctly
  • Leadership ability in managing multiple workstreams, teams, and outcomes
  • Experience managing strategic initiatives and the inter-dependencies between multiple workstreams
  • Exceptional project and time management skills
  • Collaborative partner and strong problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated skills and experience managing software development and/or eCommerce initiatives leveraging agile/scrum methodologies
  • Forward, proactive, and strategic thinker with the ability to think outside of the box
  • Effective at communicating technical constructs and concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience managing projects in cloud environments, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP), eCommerce microservices design and delivery, and data engineering work
