Job Title: Senior Technical Program Manager

Jobber is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the development of our centralized data warehouse and drive the vision for our data engineering teams.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our data engineering capabilities. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving project outcomes, development and maintenance of clear roadmaps, and fostering strong cross-functional relationships with senior stakeholders and engineering managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take on the responsibilities of a Scrum Team "Product Owner" for our in-house engineering teams.
  • Own the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas.
  • Be responsible for cross-functional program management.
  • Help manage and drive complex cross-functional projects which require both technical and non-technical deliverables to come together within the broader domain you support.
Requirements
  • Career experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, or similar role.
  • A track record of building and shipping multiple products or technical solutions that have successfully delivered value.
  • Strong technical background which enables you to engage with engineers about architecture and technical considerations that impact backend systems.
