About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Part-Time Concierge to join our team at Westman Village at Mahogany Lake. As a Concierge, you will be the face of our community, providing exceptional service to our owners and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to owners and guests, ensuring a personalized and refined experience.
  • Offer special services as requested, including car rentals, taxi arrangements, reservations, and package receiving.
  • Assist with daily programs and events, ensuring a seamless experience for our community.
  • Conduct detailed tours of the Village Centre, providing an in-depth understanding of our amenities and services.
  • Support the management team in duties associated with the smooth operation of the Village Centre.
  • Participate in day-to-day tasks associated with our on-site retail and coffee shop.
  • Complete administrative duties as assigned, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
Requirements
  • A strong customer service philosophy, with a focus on exceeding expectations.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a high-level customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • An outgoing and kind personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a larger team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Highly developed organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adjust to shifting priorities.
  • A consistently neat, clean, and professional appearance.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
