Job Title: Full-Time Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Full-Time Front Desk Associate to join our team at Myodetox Kensington. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and hospitality to our clients, managing clinic front desk operational tasks, and supporting our team of clinicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service and hospitality to clients, ensuring a positive experience
  • Manage clinic front desk operational tasks, including scheduling, client communication, and administrative duties
  • Support our team of clinicians, providing consistent support and ensuring seamless handoffs
  • Contribute to the clinic's sales objectives, actively promoting our services and products
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, ensuring a safe and welcoming space for clients
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service and/or hospitality
  • Ability to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week (equivalent to ~16 hours per week)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in administrative tasks
