Job Title: Full-Time Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Full-Time Front Desk Associate to join our team at Myodetox Kensington. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and hospitality to our clients, managing clinic front desk operational tasks, and contributing to the clinic's sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service and hospitality to clients, ensuring a positive experience
  • Manage clinic front desk operational tasks, including scheduling, client communication, and data entry
  • Contribute to the clinic's sales objectives by introducing new clients to our services and promoting our offerings
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including claims, invoices, and transactions
  • Ensure the clinic is clean and organized, including regular sanitization and maintenance of equipment and facilities
  • Engage in business driving and marketing initiatives as assigned
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management to ensure seamless service and support
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service and/or hospitality
  • Ability to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week (equivalent to ~16 hours per week)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service and hospitality
