- Develop and implement strategies to improve front office operations, including guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and team performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to front desk staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling, inventory, and budgeting.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel front desk position.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Proficient in English.
- Tech-savvy, with experience in hotel management systems.
