Salary and BenefitsWe offer competitive salaries ranging from $35 to $55 per hour, depending on experience and location. In addition to a lucrative compensation package, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health and dental coverage for you and your family, a retirement savings plan with company contributions, and paid orientation and training.
Job DescriptionAs a Patient Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering personalized home healthcare services to our clients. Your duties will include:
- Providing skilled nursing care to clients in their homes
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess:
- A valid RPN or LPN registration with the provincial licensing body
- A current driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
