Salary


A competitive total compensation package, varying by role and location, which includes a salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year.



Job Description


You will be responsible for providing clinical services as appropriate to practicing top of scope in your province, including chronic health condition monitoring and management, medication reviews, health risk assessments, prescription renewals or modifications, minor ailments, or other prescribing services.


Your key responsibilities will include initiating care plans, following up, and completing associated documentation; collecting relevant patient, drug, and medical condition information; identification and resolution of actual and potential drug-related problems; monitoring and optimizing medication adherence; and providing patient counseling tailored to the needs and concerns of the patient.


You will also be expected to understand all pharmacy offerings and provide each patient with a personalized interaction and intervention if appropriate.


Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from a recognized institution, be licensed as a Pharmacist in the province of responsibility, and have authorization to administer injections.


Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential skills for this position.
