Job Summary

We are looking for talented Nurses who share our passion for delivering exceptional care to individuals in need. As a Senior Care Specialist with Bayshore HealthCare, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients while working collaboratively with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in a home setting, utilizing your clinical skills to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and current registration with the provincial licensing body.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Clear criminal background check (with vulnerable sector screening) and negative TB test.
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
