About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Process client orders, manage inventory, and coordinate equipment rentals and sales.
  • Work closely with service technicians and sales consultants to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Manage client information, including rental and inventory data, using our Navision software.
  • Coordinate the pickup and delivery of rental or custom equipment for clients.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare or personal mobility device industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with databases, including Jobber and Navision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
