Customer Service Representative

Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual looking for a rewarding career in sales and service? We are seeking a qualified Customer Service Representative to join our team at Tom Burnside - Desjardins Insurance Agent.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop leads and schedule appointments to identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and dedication to customer service.
- Ability to multi-task and make presentations to potential customers.
- Property & Casualty license (OTL license preferred/must be able to obtain).
