Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and promoting our clients' products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

  • Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
