Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group case management services to clients with complex mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to support clients in achieving their goals and improving their overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, community agencies, and family members to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on mental health issues and available resources.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree.
  • Workplace Assessment and Violence Education (WAVE) certificate.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) and the Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of SK.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Psychiatric Nursing diploma or Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing degree.
