Job Summary:

Health Careers in Sask is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (Nurse Practitioner) to join our team in Primary Health Care. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality care to assigned populations, including urban and rural communities, and priority populations. Your expertise will be invaluable in delivering health assessment, health promotion, and disease prevention services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Primary Health Care services to assigned populations, including health assessment, health promotion, and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with Primary Health Care Teams, physicians, and health care provider team members to deliver comprehensive care.
- Develop and deliver formal education programs to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in Lean, patient safety, community development, clinical practice redesign, quality improvement, and evaluation.

Requirements:

- Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner (MN-NP) degree.
- Three (3) years nursing experience, with a preference for experience in Primary Health Care settings.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license.
