About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Immersive Experience Ambassador. As a key representative of Poseidon Digital, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for our audiences at planetariums and giant screen theaters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setup and takedown of lobby areas, including signage, check-in tables, and merchandise displays
  • Welcoming and checking in audiences, addressing their queries, and providing excellent customer service
  • Sales and inventory management of merchandise
  • Facilitating smooth event experiences by ensuring efficient communication with the Venue Operations team
Requirements
  • Proficiency in using iPad apps, including WhatsApp
  • A positive, upbeat attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and effective communication skills
  • Attention to detail, reliability, punctuality, and good judgment
  • Leadership and teamwork qualities, with ability to direct on-site staff helpers when necessary
Work Schedule

We require candidates available to work Fridays and Saturdays from approximately 5:45pm-10:00pm. The initial schedule includes:

Friday evenings from July 12th onwards and Saturday evenings from July 13th onwards
