About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Chef of India. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Organize buffets and banquets to ensure smooth service.
  • Manage kitchen operations to meet the needs of our customers.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
