About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced chef to join our team at Chef of India. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as training staff in food preparation and handling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
  • Organize buffets and banquets, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
