We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Holder to join our team at Plenty Stores Inc.
Job Summary:The Key Holder will be responsible for supervising staff, hiring and training employees, establishing work schedules, and resolving issues that may arise. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Establish work schedules
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Art or fashion design experience
