About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to join our team at MAC Park Royal in West Vancouver, BC. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, modeling behaviors that inspire the sales team to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Use your coaching and mentoring skills to develop and support the sales team, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Assist with cash handling and reconciliation, as well as opening and closing the store on a rotational basis.
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive store environment.

Requirements

  • Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide personalized and inspirational service.
  • Previous retail operations experience, including cash handling and reconciliation, is desirable.
  • Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring, is desirable.
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an asset.

MAC offers a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $19.40 to $29.15, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, wellness programs, and retirement savings plans.
