We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Holder to join our team at Plenty Stores Inc.
Job Summary:The Key Holder will be responsible for supervising staff, hiring and training employees, establishing work schedules, and resolving issues that may arise. This is a key role in our retail team, and we are looking for someone with strong leadership skills and experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail salespersons and sales clerks
- Hire and train new staff members
- Establish and manage work schedules
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
