Crowne Plaza Saint John Harbour View seeks a dedicated Academic Sales Development Specialist to join our team.
About the Role
This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including dental plan, health care plan, and vision care benefits. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to work effectively with clients to provide ongoing support and identify new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Building strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach and support;
- Soliciting new business opportunities and expanding existing client base;
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly;
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets;
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales or related field;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;
