About the Role

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience. This full-time position comes with a benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing kitchen staff and ensuring efficient workflow;
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation;
  • Coordinating menu planning, inventory management, and supply ordering;
  • Developing and implementing new recipes and menu items;
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery;
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Safe Food Handling certificate;
  • Experience in a similar culinary operation or hospitality environment;
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;
