Key Responsibilities:


Contact Manufacturing Engineering to collaborate on manufacturing methods and fixturing to investigate tooling requirements and initiate initial tooling purchases.

Investigate and resolve manufacturing problems and initiate corrective actions with follow-up.

Perform blue print reading to ensure accurate interpretation of technical drawings.

Prepare solid models or geometry for tool paths to optimize machining processes.

Select cutting tools to ensure efficient and accurate machining operations.

Plan machining processes to achieve optimal product quality and efficiency.

Program tool paths using Catia to produce products according to engineering drawings, ODS sheets, and specifications.

Prepare Program Packages (tool lists, setup sheets, and measuring tool lists) to ensure smooth production processes.

Verify tool paths on Vericut software to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
