Fil-Trek Corporation is a leading manufacturer of industrial filtration equipment for customers around the globe. Our products are designed and manufactured at our Cambridge, ON facility.

Fil-Trek is in search of a Machinist to join our exceptional team. Our workshop boasts a remarkable diversity of machinery and materials, including the machining of exotic alloys for parts that are shipped worldwide.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Fil-Trek is a job shop, we do low volume part runs. You will always have your team to support you, but each machinist works on their own projects.
- Review designs with our in-house engineering & production team.
- CNC programming as required (Fusion 360 or conversational). We will train those that want to learn.
- Machine setup, as required.
- Tooling selection.
- Machine operation, various VMCs, lathes (vertical and horizontal).

**Qualifications**
- Previous manual or CNC machining experience.
- Previous experience with vertical lathes or large part machining is an asset.
- CNC programming, any software is an asset.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
