About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Homes On The Market. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure their smooth execution.
  • Office Management: Direct and control daily office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Policy Development: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management: Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth operation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Language: Fluency in English
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
