Our Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for negotiating pricing, ensuring timely follow-up, and providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Establish, meet, and review sales and product budgets, sales results, and strategic plans
  • Support the development and maintenance of the sales territory
  • Achieve sales, product, and market targets
  • Gather and compile qualified market feedback
  • Follow up on sales activity with outside sales representatives
  • Coordinate and report projects over preset limits
  • Develop, review, and document new business opportunities (accounts and products)
  • Assist with physical counts of company inventories
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of sales experience (inside and outside sales)
  • A proven track record of successfully maintaining accounts
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms; Salesforce experience is a great asset
