Food Service Team Lead

Om Sai Namah Inc is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining services.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our dining services.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service and quality food.
- Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to our staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Supervision: 3-4 people.
- Security and Safety: Bondable.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, standing for extended periods, and physically demanding.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and team player.
