Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure that staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed at all times.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and labor expenses.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Physical demands of the job include standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
