Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses to ensure profitability.
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed and maintained.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and labor expenses.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 to 44 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding.
