Job Title: Food Service Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain a positive customer service experience.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Work Environment: Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
