Job Title: Front Desk Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Autumn Lee Retirement Home II. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, visitors, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and direct visitors, residents, and staff to their destinations
  • Provide information and assistance to clients and the public
  • Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and messages
  • Operate the switchboard and telephone system
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • Provide directory assistance and relay service to persons with disabilities
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
