Job Title: Front Desk Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Autumn Lee Retirement Home II. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, visitors, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet and direct visitors, provide information, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Support: Manage the front desk, handle phone calls, and perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with residents, staff, and external parties, ensuring seamless coordination and resolution of issues.
  • Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are readily available.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills.
