Job Summary:

The Front Desk Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and visitors. This includes greeting and directing individuals, providing information, and handling administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet and direct visitors, provide information, and handle inquiries.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process information, operate the switchboard, order office supplies, and maintain work records.
  • Communication: Answer phones, relay messages, and provide directory assistance.
  • Financial Transactions: Receive and issue payments, calculate billing charges, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Work Setting: Retirement home.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, and reliability.
Working Conditions:

The Front Desk Clerk will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to multitask. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
