Produce Department Supervisor

Freshco Coliseum 8968 is seeking a highly organized and reliable Produce Department Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our produce department, ensuring that our customers receive the freshest and highest-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of produce department staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure that our produce department is stocked with the freshest and highest-quality products.
- Ordering and Merchandising: Place orders for produce and merchandise, and ensure that our displays are visually appealing and well-organized.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a produce department or related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
