Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Staff: Supervise and train new staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure that our produce is properly stocked and rotated, minimizing waste and maximizing sales.
- Merchandising: Work with our merchandising team to create visually appealing displays and promotions that drive sales and customer engagement.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a produce department or related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational and time management skills.
