Produce Department Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Produce Department Supervisor to join our team at Freshco Coliseum 8968. As a key member of our produce team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our produce department, ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality products and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of produce staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of product quality.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage the inventory of produce products, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain the inventory of produce products, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure that our produce staff are meeting their performance goals and providing excellent customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
