Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Inventory Control Specialist. In this role, you will oversee the efficient management of all inventory-related operations, ensuring optimal profitability and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all inventory operations, including purchasing, stock management, and cost control.
  • Lead and develop staff through hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently by all team members.
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers, providing advice and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and sanitation standards established by Première Moisson.
  • Implement health and safety regulations effectively within the team.

Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of retail food operations, including revenue and cost management.
  • Proficient in sales techniques, customer service, and human resources management.
  • Fluency in French is mandatory; English proficiency is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and a dynamic leadership style focused on customer satisfaction and teamwork.
  • Ability to work autonomously while adhering to established standards and protocols.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
