Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Analyst to join our growing team at Leap Recruitment Partners. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, resolve billing discrepancies, and act as a company ambassador.
Responsibilities- Deliver first-class service to customers and brokers via phone and email.
- Investigate and resolve billing-related issues in collaboration with underwriters and brokers.
- Triage inbound insurance/claims inquiries and direct customers to the appropriate team for further assistance.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers via phone and electronic means.
- Identify customer needs and respond professionally.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced space.
- Quick adaptability to changing environments.
- Professional telephone and email etiquette.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various web-based applications.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
