About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Analyst to join our growing team at Leap Recruitment Partners. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, resolve billing discrepancies, and act as a company ambassador.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver first-class service to customers and brokers via phone and email.
  • Investigate and resolve billing-related issues in collaboration with underwriters and brokers.
  • Triage inbound insurance/claims inquiries and direct customers to the appropriate team for further assistance.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers via phone and electronic means.
  • Identify customer needs and respond professionally.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced space.
  • Quick adaptability to changing environments.
  • Professional telephone and email etiquette.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various web-based applications.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
