Job Title: User Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team at INNTECH FUTURE INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide timely solutions to technical issues
  • Consult technical manuals and other resources to research and implement solutions
  • Provide training and guidance to users to improve their technical skills
  • Collect and maintain a log of problems and solutions for future reference
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to resolve complex issues
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new technical solutions
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
