Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at INNTECH FUTURE INC. as a permanent employee. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, applications, and software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Research and implement solutions to technical issues using user guides, technical manuals, and other resources
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to resolve complex technical issues
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and software to improve user experience
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team of experienced technical support professionals. The work environment is English-speaking, and the successful candidate will be required to work 35 hours per week.
