About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at INNTECH FUTURE INC. as a User Support Technician. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in technical support and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and other technology-related issues.
  • Research and implement solutions to technical problems, utilizing user guides, technical manuals, and other resources.
  • Offer advice and training to users to help them overcome technical difficulties.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log to facilitate knowledge sharing among technical support analysts.
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and software to improve user experience and efficiency.
  • Supervise and mentor other technical support workers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users, addressing identified difficulties and ensuring seamless operations.
