We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team at INNTECH FUTURE INC.
Job SummaryThe User Support Technician will provide technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, applications, and software. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of computer systems, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person
- Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions
- Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems and software
- Collect and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
- Participate in the redesign of applications and other software to improve user experience
- Supervise other technical support workers in this group
- Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical information
- Strong understanding of computer systems, applications, and software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
The User Support Technician will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to provide technical support to users.
LanguageThe primary language of work is English.
Hours of WorkThe User Support Technician will work 35 hours per week.
