About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Natural Oasis Day Spa Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Coordinate the daily schedules of spa staff, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
    • Plan and schedule maintenance and repair work to minimize disruptions to spa operations.
  • Staff Supervision and Development
    • Supervise and train spa staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
    • Provide technical advice and guidance to staff to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting areas of success and areas for improvement.
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain spa operations.
  • Client Service
    • Ensure that all clients receive exceptional service and attention to detail.
    • Address client complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a spa or related industry.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
Working Conditions
  • Work Hours
    • 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Work Term
    • Permanent position.
