We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Supervisor to join our team at Natural Oasis Day Spa Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Maintenance
    • Schedule work to ensure efficient use of resources
    • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to prevent equipment downtime
  • Service Delivery
    • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
    • Prepare and submit progress reports to management
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule activities of staff
    • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 to 40 hours of work per week
