About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Natural Oasis Day Spa Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Operations
    • Coordinate and schedule spa treatments and services
    • Ensure that all spa facilities and equipment are properly maintained and in good working order
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of spa therapists and support staff
    • Provide guidance and training to staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all clients receive exceptional service and are satisfied with their spa experience
    • Respond to client complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports on spa operations and customer service
    • Maintain accurate records of spa treatments and services provided
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a spa or wellness environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
