About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Natural Oasis Day Spa Ltd. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Coordinate and schedule spa services and treatments to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal client satisfaction.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and train spa staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure high-quality service delivery.
    • Monitor and evaluate staff performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Client Service
    • Ensure that all clients receive exceptional service and are satisfied with their spa experience.
  • Inventory and Supplies
    • Manage spa inventory and supplies to ensure that they are adequate and of high quality.
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on spa operations, including client feedback and staff performance.
    • Communicate effectively with spa staff, management, and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a spa or related industry
  • Language
    • Fluency in English
Working Conditions
  • Work Hours
    • 35 to 40 hours per week
